The free, initial consult comes with a deliverable that often helps my clients to better understand their needs, and possible solutions.
A free, one-hour, initial consultation is given to all prospective clients. This is best done face-to-face. The goal of the consultation is to document the project objectives and determine an appropriate course of action.
My written follow-up will contain:
- An outline of my understanding of your initial requirements
- A guess at the total scope of the project
- A break down of the steps that will be needed to complete the project,
- Recommendations for each step
The outline portion of the write-up will serve as a starting point for the discovery phase.
